Damage to a vehicle can happen faster than you think. We are here to support you with our claims management if anything goes wrong.
We receive the damage report by phone and immediately initiate our processes. If necessary, we organise a towing service, arrange an appointment with the nearest repair workshop and provide you with a replacement vehicle while the repair work is taking place. You can happily leave our specialists to examine the quotations, commission appraisers and finally assess the entire process. We also handle matters with the insurance company and the settlement of the claim. We will only invoice you for the claim once it has been fully settled.
